Another Imoni Wedding: Hillary and Jeff
Wednesday, November 26, 2008
So not only did this couple totally win bride and groom of the year last year (since they were so sweet and fun to work with) they also had their little baby girl on my birthday! How fun is that?? They had the most amazing wedding and, I am sure, now the most amazing little family. Thanks to everyone who made their day special:
Sassi,
Flora Europa,
BBJ Linen,
String Serenade,
Ray the DJ,
The Invitation Lady and
Let Them Eat Cake. You all did an amazing job!

It was all smiles as they see each other for the first time.

Jeff is a huge football fan, so we thought he should have at least one thing that was not pink and girly.

This cake was inspired by Hillary's dress. Lace on the top and bottom with draping in te middle. Then we topped it off with a miniature version of her bouquet. Love it!

It was a beautiful night. Here's to a beautiful future for you and your family!

I got this information in an email and I am very happy to pass it on. I sent as many as I could and will do more tonight while I watch TV. It is the least we can do. Please pass it along to anyone you think might value it. Thanks!
Something cool that Xerox is doing
If you go to this web site,
http://www.letssaythanks.com/Home1024.html you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq . You can ' t pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services.
How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!! This is a great site. Please send a card. It is FREE and it only takes a second.
Wouldn ' t it be wonderful if the soldiers received a bunch of these? Whether you are for or against the war, our guys and gals over there need to know we are behind them...

Cute holiday photo cards, who knew?
Monday, November 10, 2008

Well it is that time of year again...holiday cards. And as if I had nothing better to do, I sit back every year and watch as my Christmas card list grows exponentially. So this year I decided I was going to find the cutest darn photo card, buy in bulk, and call it a day. But, did you know how ugly those cards can be? Yikes! So I consulted with my trusty friend, Mr. Internet (or I guess it can be a Mrs. since it is so efficient), and found some really cute designs. The site is called
tinyprints.com, an affiliate of
weddingpaperdivas.com, and they have some really cute cards, for every occasion actually. I haven't decided which design I like the best, but at least now I have some adequate choices. So even though I am taking the easy way out sending "lame" picture cards, which everyone seems to like by the way, at least I can punk out in style!
