Melissa and Scott were hilarious.  One of the first things Melissa said to me when we met was, “I am not young, so I can’t really pull off the pepto pink wedding.”  And then she followed up with, “Scott says there are two things in life that are worth splurging on, your wedding and your child’s education.”  I don’t know, those statements just made me giggle.  And giggle is what we did a lot.  Melissa’s sister was also the source of some of those giggles.  Shout out to Ivy!  Anyway, they had an amazing wedding at the Four Seasons complete with rock star vendors as always!  Thank you all for the beautiful work you do!

I have never had a bride or groom regret the First Look.  So romantic and special!

This ceremony will go down in the history books as one of the most beautiful ceremonies ever.  I still dream about this chuppah…

The cocktail reception was stunning as the sun set.

Melissa wanted to take the same color palette we had during the ceremony and kick it up a notch.  So we took the same colors and flowers and just brought them to the bright side.  It made for a gorgeous room!

We turned the escort card table into the sweets table at the end of the night.

They danced the night away, and that was before the after party we did next door with DJ and pizza!

Serendipity Videography has just launched a fun new trend in video, the electronic Save the Date.  Basically a videographer follows you around for your engagement shoot and comes up with a fun video for you to send to your wedding guests in DVD form.  It is a new, fresh idea, so I love it.  Plus, the ideas Kimberly Jarman Photography came up with for the engagement shoot just worked sooooooooooooo well for this video!  We can’t wait to work with everyone this coming March, Sam, Leor, Kim and Serendipity!! There are literally no words that can express how much fun I had working with Jesse and Ryan.  They are two of the most warm, inviting and pleasant individuals I have ever met.  You just feel like you have made friends for life after five minutes talking with these guys.  I say it all the time, but seriously, I love working with people like these folks.  Much love!!

Angela and Brett were two people after my own heart.  Just like my husband and I, they had a brunch wedding.  It was quaint.  It was creative and it was memorable!  They were fun and energetic, as the color scheme will show.  And they cared so much about their guests.  Almost every email Angela sent Kate had something to do with making sure their guests had a good time.  So sweet!  And a good time they all had.  Thank you to everyone who made their day so stunning!

So anyone who knows me knows that I am obsessed with letterpress.  I love that is is simple.  I love that it is old (that’s the history major in me).  I love that it is timeless.  I love everything about it.  So you can imagine how happy I was to here about this new az-based company.  Little Owl Letterpress is housed in Gina’s adorable studio.  Gina is a friend of mine from college (go UA!) and she is one of the most stylish people I know.  We used to kid her that she owned more cardigans than than the owner of Talbots, but now I can safely say, the girls got style.  She started this company with her sister in law and I just think that is awesome.  I love when families love each like that.  So I was happy to send my brides her way.  And they have not been disappointed.  Little Owl Letterpress is divine.  Check them out!

Micheal at Cinezona is a genius. His signature style was perfect for Kate and Ben. He did such a great job capturing a truly emotional day. Everyone was so full of love and happiness, it is so fun to relive those moments. Thanks Micheal!!
